This was our pond next to our house. It was a hot summer day, and I wanted to do this quickly. Most of it’s done with a palette knife to get the texture and all the details of the plants. The foreground is done with a brush. There are two Japanese maple trees on either side of the pond. There’s an ice cedar in the middle. Ice cedar in the middle.
